Scope

Information we collect
a) Information you provide directly
- Account and profile: name, username, password or authentication data, contact details (email, phone), location, time zone.
- Billing and transactions: billing address, limited payment details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), purchase history, tax information where required.
- Education-related: course enrollments, progress, assessments, certifications, support requests, survey responses.

- If you choose to link a brokerage or market data provider to our tools, we process the data necessary to provide requested features. We do not trade on your behalf and do not store brokerage passwords; access is managed via secure tokens provided by the third party. Automated processing and profiling
- We may use automated analysis to generate insights such as performance summaries or alerts. We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
- Some browsers offer DNT signals. While there is no common industry standard, we endeavor to honor Global Privacy Control signals where technically feasible for opt-outs related to “sale”/“sharing” and targeted advertising.
California and U.S. state privacy disclosures
