Scope

• This Policy applies to our websites, mobile or desktop apps, learning portals, webinars, coaching calls, communities/forums, newsletters, and any tools we provide.

Information we collect

a) Information you provide directly

• Account and profile: name, username, password or authentication data, contact details (email, phone), location, time zone.
• Billing and transactions: billing address, limited payment details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), purchase history, tax information where required.
• Education-related: course enrollments, progress, assessments, certifications, support requests, survey responses.

Brokerage and third‑party integrations

• If you choose to link a brokerage or market data provider to our tools, we process the data necessary to provide requested features. We do not trade on your behalf and do not store brokerage passwords; access is managed via secure tokens provided by the third party. You can revoke access at any time through the third party or your account settings (where available).

Automated processing and profiling

• We may use automated analysis to generate insights such as performance summaries or alerts. We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

• Some browsers offer DNT signals. While there is no common industry standard, we endeavor to honor Global Privacy Control signals where technically feasible for opt-outs related to “sale”/“sharing” and targeted advertising.

California and U.S. state privacy disclosures
